No update as such - this project is affectively dead! :-( I've changed the project name to "The Adverts Project" because it seems to be attracting some attention from the world of Grand Prix Legends, the Fast Lane in particular. The site is run by my former co-coordinator, Michaël Hompus and it is widely regarded as the best GPL site on the Internet - well worth a look! The big adverts set has been placed in the adverts section of that site, and it is hoped that this will create more interest in the project (I hope!!). If anyone reading this has any info' about adverts in any 1960s seasons or photos of them and the tracks, then please send them to me, as I want this project alive and kicking! :-)

February 1999:

No update for absolutely ages! First for the new year then - over a month in! Beter late than never, I guese! ;-) I've added a compilation set of 188, yes you read correctly - 188 adverts! This is downloadable on adverts.html and on misc.html this set includes all the adverts you'll ever need from seasons close to 1967! It is the essential set! Thanks to Les (FatRat) for converting them all from GPL mip files into GP2 JAM file spec'.

November 29, 1998:

Started to ad the adverts into a library of them. So far added adverts from Monza 1967, Reims 1966 and some misc ones. We still have many, many, more to ad yet!

Project/Site created. No one should know about this project yet! It is a slight secret until we have the adverts in some kind of order.
